The Richmond Project.
The No. 3 Road Art Columns, co-sponsored by Appia Group of Companies, are part of the City’s commitment to enhance the No. 3 Road streetscape, and provide the opportunity for artists who work in two-dimensional media to participate in public art. Over the next two years, the exhibits will feature 12 artists including photography and digital images. The works will illustrate the diversity and environment of Richmond. June -Dec 2011
